Base Plate Bag:
In order to order the appropriate size RTG plate bag, first select the either the Large or Medium plate bag according to the size of your ESAPI or SAPI plates. Bag sizes are as follows:
RTG large plate bags are recommended for use with large SAPI/ESAPI plates, with dimensions of 10.5″ wide and an adjustable height ranging from 12″ to 13.5″.
RTG medium plate bags are designed for use with medium SAPI or ESAPI plate sizes, with dimensions of 9.75″ wide and an adjustable interior height ranging from 11.5″ to 13″.
Both versions of the Saint Tactical Plate Bag allow for up to a 1″ thickness for the plate. The bottom flaps can be tightened to ensure a snug fit. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

RTG Plate Carrier Base Features:
The base of the RTG plate carrier features the plate bag and shoulder straps. Furthermore, the RTG Plate bag includes a pair of shoulder pads that are optional for the end user.
Each shoulder pad pair included in the package is 1.75″ wide and made of laminate material. The shoulder pads also provide extra cable management capabilities for radios and whip antenna.
The front of the RTG base bag includes a built-in admin pouch on top.
The PTT/cable management cord is removable and adjustable.
The chest rig straps are adjustable to fit any chest rig or placard on the market, and are compatible with G-Hook and standard buckle attachments.
The RTG plate carrier features laser-cut slits for inserting a male repair buckle.
The TUBES™ Shoulder Release Option allows for the use of a Hook/Loop closure or the installation of a TUBES™ shoulder buckle if necessary (buckle sold separately).
The shoulder straps are adjustable for comfort and can also be used for cable management with the included pad kit.
The front plate bag features Laser Cut MOLLE channels that can accommodate pouches and a Juggernaut™/Kagwerks smartphone attachment.
The back base bag features laser-cut MOLLE channels, providing ample space for customizing your gear.
The front bag features a spacious loop field for attaching different Hook/Loop placards and front flaps.
There are loop channels at the top of the front and back of the bag for patches.

The length of the cummerbund sides is measured from the center of the male tube to the end of the back hook/loop tab.
The medium cummerbund measures 16.75 inches and has 2 laminate 5.56 magazine cells.
The large cummerbund measures 19.75 inches and has three laminate 5.56 magazine cells.

Included in the order is a First Spear TUBES™ front attachment with two male TUBES™ repair buckles.
This product features a Hook/Loop Overlap attachment in the back, designed to work with plate carriers that have male TUBES™ front attachment and Hook/Loop attachment in the rear, such as the RTG plate carrier.
This tactical cummerbund includes 5.56 magazine cells for storage and convenience, with 3 cells for the large cummerbund and 2 for the medium.
The tubes cummerbunds feature laser cut MOLLE channels on the front.

When selecting a plate carrier there are certain things we look at first, the size of the shoulder straps, and the cummerbund construction and size. These are both deal breakers for us here at MTG Tactical and these biases were developed from years of hiking in the mountains, conducting urban raids and doing static surveillance.
