Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on any order over $50

Do you have a Military or Law Enforcement discount program?

Currently we do offer discounts for military and law enforcement. However, we request that you email us with the product (s) you are requesting so we can build you a quote based off the available margin. Please don’t request discounts for items under $100.

What are shipping lead times?

Shipping times vary but typically we see orders shipping within a day or less. Some products see increased wait times and if you need to cancel we are easy to deal with.

Can I call and ask a question?

We have a phone number 1-800 841-2959 and we encourage you to call and ask questions! Will is a former Border Patrol Agent and DEA Task Force Agent who is passionate about getting you or your department the right gear for the job. We have access to over 30K products many of which are not listed on the site.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Not currently

Will I receive a tracking number with my order?

Yes we provide tracking with 99% of all orders and its important to check your junk mail if you didn’t receive one.

Do you backorder products?

The short answer is no, however, many products are drop shipped from the distributor or manufacturers and sometimes our inventory is off. We do notify with a phone call or email to let you know and offer to cancel etc. Having backordered products n the Queue is just as frustrating to us as the customer so we avoid it like the plague.

My order was canceled why did that happen?

In today’s day and age there are a large numbers of fraudulent purchases using stolen credit cards, false claims of undelivered products and other fraud. We typically see 2-3 fraudulent orders a day and so every order is analyzed and if we feel something is off we will cancel. If a fraudulent order slips through it costs us almost 200% as the credit card takes the money from us to restore the cardholder. It’s not personal and if it’s an error please respond to your order notification and request a second review.
