Orders the mug along with the tin version. Will called me letting me know that it’s going to be a delay because of logistics. Received both mugs and the ceramic mug had a crack on the handle part. Contacted CS via FB messenger and was told they’re going to send a replacement ASAP. Few days later, received the mugs. I love their excellent customer service and products.
