ES OPGv1 Optic Mount for Glock 44
The ES OPGv1 Universal Optic Mount for Glocks was designed specifically for adding an optic to the new Glock 44 .22 caliber handgun. Due to the low power of .22 ammo, it’s not advised to add optics to the slide itself as it could cause cycling issues. The Enhanced Systems Glock 44 Optic mounts solves this issue by mounting to the Glock 44’s light rail. Also consider the OPGv2 here
The OPGv1 includes an angled foregrip (AFG) with handstop and is available in left and right handed models. Currently it is only available in black but other colors may be available in the future.
The OPGv1 (Optics Platform: Glocks) attaches to the light rail of any “compatible” Glock handgun (G19/G19x/G23/G32/G38/G44/G45 work with the Enhanced Systems AZ Optic Mounts. Glock 17 models do not work due to barrel travel).
While the OPGv1 was designed specifically to meet the needs of shooters who own Glock 44 handguns, the ES OPGv2 was designed to be a universal optics platform for larger caliber models. See below.
The OPGv1 requires no permanent modification to your firearm.
OPGv1 adds the following to your compatible Glock pistol:
- Slip-on design, no permanent modification needed
- Provides an RMR optics footprint (optic not included – shop RMR optics here)
- Non-reciprocating optic mount, making the dot easier to track than a slide mounted option
- AFG with handstop
- Thumb ledge
- Ultralight design at just 104g / 3.6oz
- Extremely rigid Nylon-12
While the OPGv1 was designed specifically to meet the needs of shooters who own Glock 44 handguns, the ES OPGv2 was designed to be a universal optics platform for larger caliber models.
